课程介绍

本课程围绕地理教学、地理科普的需要，以数字地球、地理信息云服务为技术平台，培养学生运用地理信息技术讲述地理故事、表达地理观点的能力。课程包括在线地图、场景的制作以及地理故事的制作两大部分。通过本课程的学习，学生将掌握运用数字地球等地理信息技术进行地理多媒体素材的采集、处理、组织、表达的基本方法；掌握基于地理信息技术的故事规划与设计流程；初步掌握地理叙事剧本写作；了解当前主流权威的地理信息源及主要的数据互操作技术。本课程重视实用性，所学的技能将可以应用于：（1）创建基于丰富的地理多媒体的在线故事并发布；（2）以地图为线索来突出故事的地理空间特点；（3）阐述与地理学更加密切相关的观点。

The course focuses on the needs of geography teaching and popularization of geography science, and takes digital earth and geographic information cloud service as the technical platform to cultivate students' ability to use geographic information technology to tell geographical stories and express geographical views. The course includes online maps, scene making and geographical story making. Through the study of this course, students will master the basic methods of collecting, processing, organizing and expressing geographical multimedia materials by using digital earth and other geographical information technologies; master the process of story planning and design based on geographic information technology; initially master the writing of geographical narrative scripts; and understand the current mainstream authoritative geographic information sources and main data interoperation techniques. This course attaches importance to practicality, and the skills learned will be applied to: (1) creating and publishing online stories based on rich geographical multimedia; (2) highlighting the geo-spatial characteristics of stories with maps as clues; and (3) expounding views more closely related to geography.

学习目标

(1)    学会组织图层，制作在线地图、场景、应用程序等地图内容；
(2)    学会运用个人和在线空间数据资源
(3)    学会地理故事规划与设计
(4)    学会运用各种页面排版工具
(5)    学会组织各种地理多媒体
(6)    学会优化地图表达
(7)    学会发布和分享故事地图

学习要求

（1）应具备地图学知识，掌握至少一种GIS软件（如ArcMap）的使用，会制作专题图；
（2）具备基本的多媒体（图片、视频）编辑能力；
（3）自备电脑，建议安装ArcGIS Earth或者Google Earth Pro等数字地球软件；

考核标准

（1）完成所有的教学视频的观看和互动（15%）
（2）在ArcGIS Online中国网站上完成课后操作练习并分享到指定群组（25%）
（3）在ArcGIS Online中国网站提交一份故事地图作品，并分享到指定群组（60%）
