This course is an introduction to the critical management skills involved in planning, organizing, leading and controlling an organization. It provides a framework for understanding issues involved in both managing and being managed, with teaching methods of classroom teaching and social practicing. Classroom teaching is the main part, while the other is auxiliary. This course’s target is to help students to master the management’s knowledge system, to apply basic theories and methods, to analyze and solve practical problems in management and lay a good management foundation for follow-up study of major disciplines.

本课程介绍管理学中的基本职能如计划，组织，领导和控制等，旨在帮助学生在管理实践中应用管理学的基础理论和方法分析和解决管理活动中出现的现象和问题。
This course introduces the objective laws and methods of the management functions in details, such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling, etc. And it aims to help students apply basic theories and methods to analyze and solve practical problems in management.

学习要求

Principled suggestions for the teaching method
在教学上采用案例分析讲授和相关法律规则适用分析，在课堂上强化引导学生进行头脑风暴和比较法差异性分析，从而形成多元而兼容的管理者逻辑。
Teach in the way of analyzing and discussing cases, and analyzing the application of rules of law. Comparatively, analyze the differences of laws among different countries by brainstorms. Help students build the thought of multiple managerial logic and position of the international business.
