课程介绍

金融学是金融学专业和国际经济与贸易专业教学计划中一门重要的专业基础课。开设本课程的主要目的是系统而全面地介绍货币、银行、金融市场、金融宏观调控、货币与经济的关系等基本范畴以及货币银行方面有关基本概念与理论。
This course is an important professional course for students who major in finance and international economy and trade. The purpose of the course is to introduce the basic concepts and theories about money, banking, financial markets, behavior of finance macro-control and the relationship between money and economy systematically and roundly.

课程大纲

学习目标

本课程强调理论联系实际，旨在培养学生分析与解决金融实际问题的能力；通过本课程的学习，学生将为后续专业课程的学习打好坚实的基础，也为今后从事金融和贸易等相关行业的工作做好准备。
This course focuses on practical applications and exercises and aims at helping students to acquire advanced analytical skills with heavy emphasis on solving financial problems. By learning the course, students will build a solid foundation for the study of the subsequent course and be better prepared to engage in the work of trade or finance in the future.

学习要求

本课程是一门理论实务相结合的学科，在金融与国际贸易领域具有重要的理论价值与实用价值。在教学过程中，要求学生理解金融学的基本概念和基础知识。同时也强调实践操作、案例学习、课堂讨论等环节，旨在提高学生的分析问题能力。
This course integrates theories with practice and has important theoretical and practical value in the area of finance and international trade. In the teaching-learning process, students are required to understand the basic concepts and fundamental knowledge of Finance. It also put emphasis on practical operations, case studies, discussions and so on, which aims at helping students to acquire advanced analytical skills.

考核标准

作业及课堂表现：30%
期末测试：70%
Homework projects and class performance: 30%
Final Exam: 70%

1. In performance evaluation, students should finish the following tasks:
  (a) Class attendance (20 points);
  (b) Active participation (30 points);
  (c) Case study: reading and presentation (20 points);
  (d) Mid-semester exam (30 points).
2. Final exam is a closed-book exam (100 points).
3. Student's overall score = Weighted average of each task
  (the sum of the grades, but each is weighted by a certain coefficient)
